Customer Stories

Organizations that trusted us to build it right.

Document management and scanning case studies from Pennsylvania government, schools, and pension funds. Every engagement starts with listening. These organizations let us learn how they work, then build around it.

Featured Story

More than a century of records. One searchable system.

Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund, City of Pittsburgh

The Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund of the City of Pittsburgh had accumulated over 100 years of physical records: membership files, benefit history, correspondence, and administrative documentation spanning generations of firefighters and their families.

Finding a single record required knowing where to look, who had touched it last, and whether it had survived intact. Audits were stressful. Requests took time. For years the Fund had tried to implement a digital record solution, but the cost was prohibitive.

Velocita Docs began with a full discovery of how the organization operated, what records existed, where they lived, and how staff interacted with them daily, before moving a single file.

The result: every record scanned, indexed, and organized into a unified digital system at a predictable cost, with very little staff training required. A century of history made searchable in seconds.

"Velocita Docs implementation of the DocMgt solution for document and data management is a game changer for the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund. For years we attempted to implement a digital record solution, but the cost was prohibitive. Velocita Docs provided a cost-effective solution combining the physical scanning, indexing and storage for over a hundred years' worth of files and documents. The implementation was predictable and required very little staff training. Our staff is now able to respond to members' questions and concerns more effectively."

They listened to how we actually worked before suggesting anything. That made all the difference.

We'd tried other software before. Velocita Docs was the first system that fit us instead of forcing us to change.

Implementation was smooth. Training was real. And they were still available six months later when we had questions.
